GRA makes use of a variety of development models where applicable including sovereign lending, joint venture equity and the Public-Private Partnership (PPP/P3) model. Public infrastructure project sponsors are increasingly utilizing the PPP model, whereby certain risks are transferred from the government to the private sector which can create efficiencies around capital, financing, and operating and maintenance costs.
From concept through completion, GRA acts as an extension of our clients' staff, protecting their interests as our own. As an industry leader in program management services for complex infrastructure programs, we oversee activities ranging from LEED planning, coordination, scheduling and cost control, to design, construction and commissioning. In this capacity, GRA embraces the tenets of Green Design, Lean Construction and Integrated Project Delivery.
GRA was a pioneer in the use of modular construction and prefabrication through its global supply chain to deliver high quality programs on time and within budget. It’s use of innovative technologies and processes such as building information modeling, material and asset tracking, and just-in-time delivery helps mitigate project risks related to safety, quality, cost and schedule, thus improving economics for owners and project sponsors.
